Sussex Named as #10 Seed at Nationals

The Sussex Women's Soccer Team was selected as the #10 seed in the 2025 NJCAA DII Women's Soccer National Championships. Sussex has been placed in Pool C along with #3 Heartland College and #6 Pima College.  The Skylanders open the tournament with a 3:15pm CT kickoff against #3 Heartland and then play #6 Pima on Monday also at 3:15pm.  The last time Sussex competed at nationals, they received the #10 seed as well and opened the tournament with a 3-0 win against the #3 seed Waubonsee before losing to #6 Phoenix and going out of the tournament on goal difference.  Sussex will be hoping for the same kind of start this time around and look to improve during their second game to reach the semi finals of the tournament.
