Deckert Commits to Sussex

The Sussex Women's Soccer program is proud to announce new signing Kendra Deckert to the Fall 2026 women's soccer team. Kendra excelled at Kittatinny Regional High School where she led her team inn scoring this past season with 13 goals, and accumulating 60 points in her varsity career (25 goals, 10 assists). She was a leader for her high school program and named as one of the Cougars' captains her senior year, also.

Head Coach Mike Rath is delighted with the new recruit saying, "We are really excited to have Kendra join our soccer family.  She has been on our radar for several years and can really help elevate our program to compete at the national level.  She can play as a striker, either wing, or even a 10 if needed, and her technical ability and tactical knowledge is exactly what we are looking for here at Sussex.  I can't wait to start working with her as well as the rest of the incoming class this upcoming season."

Kendra joins Pauline Chabanois in the 2026 women's soccer recruiting class.
