Stevenson Named to All Region Team

Sussex Athletics is proud to announce that Callista Stevenson was named to the NJCAA Region XIX DII All-Region First Team.

As the center fielder for the Skylanders, Stevenson showcased her versatility and skill throughout the 2025-26 season. Key highlights include multiple singles, sacrifice hits, like her games against Lackawanna, and consistent plate appearances in tough Region XIX matchups. Her defensive reliability in center field and timely contributions helped anchor the team's success. With 95 at-bats, she had 52 hits, 31 runs, 70 total bases, 34 stolen bases, 10 doubles, and 4 triples. Her batting Average was .547% with a .737% slugging. On defense, she held her own with 62 total putouts and 3 assists. 

Head Coach Jamie Borger shared her excitement stating: "Callie has put in tremendous work this season, showing incredible growth as a freshman in this competitive league and division, it's certainly a monumental feat to obtain this award up against every other GSAC and Region XIX player. Her mindset is what sets her apart from the rest and I am proud of the work she continues to put into her own growth. "
