The Sussex Women's Soccer Team advanced to the NJCAA Women's DII Region XIX Final with a 8-0 win over Lackawanna College. Sussex started the scoring inside the first minute with Martina Lacatena driving through the Lackawanna defense after pouncing on a loose ball at the top of the penalty area. Sussex added another halfway through the half when Kelsey Birchenough attacked a corner kick at the back post. From there, it was smooth sailing with Sussex dominating play in the Lackawanna half and out-shooting them 32-0. Leah English scored two goals along with Sage Henry and Abby Marra, with assists provided by Sage Henry, Litzy Suazo, Candela Sancho, Leah English, and Isabella Scro.
